Hi! I’m Mikayla a lover of all things space and fitness! I grew up doing gymnastics and cheerleading, so transitioning to CrossFit in 2016 was a no brainer. While in college, I did a mix of powerlifting and CrossFit. Unfortunately, COVID cut my powerlifting time short, but thankfully I could do CrossFit workouts from home!
The last few years I’ve fallen in love with running, and have completed a handful of half marathons now working towards marathons and ultras!
