KidFit / Teen Strong Classes
KidFit Ages 5-11
This class is play-based, and we designed the curriculum to teach kids to think of exercise as FUN. KidFit classes focus on the basic foundations of functional movement and developing age-appropriate motor skills.
Teen Strong ages 12-17
This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose. In addition, because the workouts are constantly varied, your teen is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague typical training routines and year-round sports.

About the Class
Looking for a different type of class to help your kids get ready for fall sports? Or an extracurricular activity that will help them build balance, agility, coordination, and strength? At CrossFit Bonnie and Clyde, your kids will enjoy fun exercises that will help them build confidence while creating safe and healthy habits built around exercise. We use various equipment to keep it fun, including ropes, balance boards, foam rollers, parachutes, and more.
We use a modified version of the CrossFit Kids program to help kids build confidence and develop skills that will last a lifetime. This class focuses on improving overall fitness through bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, gymnastics, and more. These classes are a great way to build strength and confidence while having fun! We offer KidFit classes for ages 5-11 and Teen Strong classes for ages 12-17.
