Looking to up your fitness game to a new level? OLY Classes (Olympic Weightlifting) are perfect for athletes training for CrossFit Competitions and Olympic Weightlifting. CrossFit Bonnie and Clyde offers intensive world-class training for the elite athlete and will make sure you are at your personal best.
Class Details
About the Class
Our OLY Classes train for the two lifts contested in the sport of weightlifting (AKA Olympic Weightlifting). The two lifts are the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk. In addition, this class incorporates other movements that develop the techniques for these two contested lifts. Our OLY Classes are highly technical, performance-based, and led by highly-trained weightlifting coaches.
All CrossFit Bonnie and Clyde OLY Classes are made possible and coached by the head coach and director of ONG Weightlifting Club, Jaquelin Ong.
