Wendy Spillar

"I competed in bodybuilding with highlights being 1st place Middleweight and Overall for 2000 NPC Wyoming State Bodybuilding Championships, 2nd place Open Middleweight for 2001 NPC Rocky Mountain Bodybuilding Championships, and 1st place Open for 1999 Wyoming State USA Powerlifting Championships. I've run a few half marathons and I started CrossFit in 2013, looking to help my incurable lower back issues from bad weightlifting form around the turn of the century (in my 20s) and it helped like crazy. I love to work out and I enjoy helping everyone find their inner athlete." Wendy is a certified Personal Trainer through ACE and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

Favorite Movement- Rope Climps, HSPU’s, Bench Press and Cleans (I got nothing to add she covered all of them, “Clyde”)

Kevin Zotigh

As a Corpsman in the Marine Corps Reconnaissance community, physical fitness is an essential component of our operational skill set.  I was first introduced to CrossFit by a Navy Chief who transferred into my unit from the SEAL Teams.  The workout was 31 Heroes.  After that, I was hooked.  I found I had an eye for form and technique as well as a passion for helping others.  I obtained my CrossFit Level 1 Certification in January of 2015.  Since obtaining my L1, I've coached at multiple gyms in the Colorado Springs area, developed competition programming, and personally competed in several local competitions.  Coaching CrossFit has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my life and I take personal pride in watching our athletes develop their strength and athleticism.

Favorite Movement-  Dumbbell Ground-to-Overheads.

Michelle Winter

In 2012 she discovered CrossFit and there was no turning back. Michelle is a certified Sport Nutrition Specialist through the International Sport Sciences Association and is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.

Charlton McCowan

I first discovered CrossFit when I was preparing to go into the Navy back in 2012 and the rest was history.  After my first WOD, I was hooked and I have spent the past seven years developing myself as an athlete and bettering myself as a person. I have competed in several local competitions and power lifting meets in my fitness journey. After finally obtaining my CrossFit Level 1 coaching certification in July 2019, I will continue to better myself and build up my athletes to excel both in and out of the gym!

Favorite Movement: all of my weaknesses actually; mostly gymnastics!

His certifications include CF level 1, CF mobility, CF weightlifting, military athlete, RKC kettlebell, and USAW sports performance level 1.

Tiffany Diab

I have always been involved in sports.  Growing up I played basketball, ran track, did high jump, took taekwondo, played competitive soccer, and competed in collegiate-level triathlons.  After entering veterinary school, the stress of higher education resulted in a 25lb. weight gain and unhealthy eating habits.  Thankfully I found my first CrossFit gym in my senior year (2013).  Within 6 months I had obtained my CrossFit Level 1 coaching certification and I was coaching and writing programming.  CrossFit has continued to be a constant in my life through several moves, job changes, and motherhood.  I love the "newbies".  I love when one of my CrossFit students has a "lightbulb moment"... that's the best feeling in the world!

Favorite Movement - HEAVY power cleans and butterfly pull-ups
